Pretty Dark is a much softer return to the Grimes I first grew to love as opposed to the 2018 single, the heavy & fervent “We Appreciate Power.” Although its just a demo, this song is already a slapper & for some reason I deeply love the heartbeat that you’re able to hear. Thank you Grimezxzxzxvvvvv. I shouldn’t overthink this song because she’s just testing stuff out but let me fangirl if i wanna ok.
